Below is a list of frequently asked questions where we try to answer any questions you may have when booking at The Boulevard Hotel for your next vacation or event.
How does the check in process work?
The Boulevard offers contactless check in and check out! The Boulevard app will allow you to receive your digital key when the room is ready. It will check you in with all the information on file that you provided when the guest booked the room. Any request you may need will also go through!
What time is check in?
Check in time is 4 PM. Requests can be made to accommodate an earlier check-in on the day of arrival. Digital keys will be available to guests.
What time is check out?
Check out is at 11 AM. Anything after check out time, please contact the hotel.
How is my room guaranteed?
Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. You will be charged the first night deposit the day of booking the reservation. A reservation held with no credit card or deposit taken will be released.
What is the cancellation policy?
In-Season – Unless otherwise specified, cancellations and modifications may be made up to 14 days prior to your date of arrival at no charge.
Off-Season – Unless otherwise specified, cancellations and modifications may be made up to 7 days prior to your date of arrival at no charge
How do I verify my reservation and rate?
We will send over a confirmation email with all the details of your stay, along with a confirmation number.
How old do you need to be to check in to the hotel?
You must be 25 years of age to check in to the hotel with a valid ID.
Can I get connecting rooms?
The Boulevard does not offer connecting rooms.
Can you smoke on the property?
The Boulevard is a smoke – free property
How does parking work?
There is complimentary parking in our lot, one car per room. There is street parking at your own risk.
Do you offer roll-aways or cots?
The Boulevard does not offer roll-aways or cots.
Are beach badges available?
Each guest that is staying in the room will get one complimentary beach badge for their stay, at the end of the stay the guest will have to return the badge or it will result in a $50.00 lost fee.
How far is the beach?
The beach is a short two blocks up from our location.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, we have a secure place to hold luggage for our guests.
Do you offer housekeeping?
Housekeeping is available upon request.
What time is the pool open?
The pool is open from 9 AM – 9 PM
Do you have wifi?
We offer wifi for our guests, upon arrival we will provide the network and password.
Do you offer wedding blocks?
Yes we offer wedding blocks, call the hotel to inquire!
